Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Every EverPeak estimate is free, in-home, and no-obligation. We'll walk your project, discuss materials, and email you a written quote within 48 hours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. EverPeak Home Improvements is fully licensed in the State of Ohio and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every project.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Dayton and the greater Miami Valley — including Beavercreek, Kettering, Centerville, Englewood, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Troy, Springboro, Xenia, Fairborn, and Tipp City.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A typical mid-size kitchen remodel takes 4–8 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. A cabinet refresh can be done in as little as 5–7 days. We'll give you a detailed timeline with your estimate.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with several lenders to offer flexible monthly payments, 0% intro APR options, and terms up to 84 months. Pre-qualification is fast and doesn't impact your credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept check, ACH bank transfer, all major credit cards, and financed payments. A modest deposit is required to schedule, with progress payments tied to project milestones.
Do you guarantee your work?
Every EverPeak project is backed by our written craftsmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through directly to you.
Do you help with permits?
Yes. When your project requires a permit, we pull it, schedule inspections, and manage the process from start to finish so you don't have to.
How soon can work begin?
Small projects (repairs, painting, handyman work) usually start within 1–2 weeks. Larger remodels are typically scheduled 3–8 weeks out depending on the season.
What brands and materials do you use?
We install trusted brands like KraftMaid, Merillat, Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Trex, Andersen, Pella, Kohler, Delta, and Mohawk. We're happy to source specific brands you prefer.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
For existing EverPeak customers, we prioritize urgent repair calls. For new customers, we'll do our best to fit you in — call (937) 555-4817 to check availability.
Will my project be messy?
Renovations are messy by nature — but we minimize it. We use dust barriers, floor protection, and daily cleanup so your home stays livable throughout the project.
